Ann C. Carnal, 90, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 surrounded by loved ones. Ann was born in Evansville, Indiana on October 26, 1928 to the late Beatrice (Long) and Clarence Thomas Collins and grew up in Clay, Kentucky. She worked as the office manager at The Good Samaritan Home for over 25 years.

Ann was a member of West Terrace General Baptist Church, an officer of the United Commercial Travelers Ladies Auxiliary, and a member of the VFW 1114 Ladies… Read More » Auxiliary. She enjoyed shopping and took great pride in their home. Ann’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Rebekah Settle of Evansville, IN; her son, Randy Carnal (Jodi) of Evansville, IN; beloved sister-in-law, Peggy Sue Collins of Shepherdsville, KY; brother-in-law, Thurman Carnal of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Karrie Finke (Daniel), Mandi Sartore (Bryan), Courtney Roberts (Steve), Aaron Carnal (Kelly); great grandchildren, Hannah, Gracie and Peyton Roberts, Makenzie and Brooklyn Sartore, Eryka and Noah Carnal; and several nephews. Ann was preceded in death by husband of 63 years, Vernon Lee Carnal in 2011; her sister, Grace Tinsley and her husband, Rayborn; her brother, Tom Collins; and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Ave.

, Evansville, IN 47711 with Brother Austin Crowe officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit from 10:00 AM until service time on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Browning Funeral Home.
