James Robert “Jimmy” Lawson, age 54, longtime New Castle resident, passed away Thursday March 29, 2018 at Ball Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. He was born June 1, 1963 in New Castle, Indiana, a Son of the late Robert James and Patricia Lowe Lawson. He had worked most of his life as a brick and concrete mason, and also as a carpenter.

Left to cherish his loving memory include: two Children; James Roy “Jake” Lawson and Ashley Nicole Robinson (Husband, Robert), five Grandchildren; Camron Vaughn, Alyiah Vaughn, Kergin Robinson, Emma May Robinson, Ava Robinson, five Siblings; Margaret Neal, Deborah Mefford, Trish Pennington, George Lawson, Robert Lawson, and also may Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his Parents. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday April 4, 2018 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home & Cremation Services in New Castle.
