Jane’s Obituary Queensbury — Jane Peltier, 84, of Queensbury, passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019. Born December 30, 1934, in Syracuse, Jane was the daughter of John and Lillian (Smith) Loos. In 1968, Jane married Don Peltier, to whom she was married for 50 years.

After high school, Jane worked for the United States Post Office for twenty years. She enjoyed boating, snowmobiling, spending time outdoors and with her pets. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brother, Jack (Wilda) Loos, two nephews, Bradley Loos and Anthony Galasso; and a niece, Kim Peltier.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 50 years, Donald Peltier, of Queensbury, NY; granddaughter, April Montgomery; nieces, Jackie Christenson and Janet Loos; and nephews, Theodore Peltier and Leonard Galasso. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will take place at a later date.

Burial will take place at a later date at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford, N.Y. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Donald Merrihew and staff, and Dave Montgomery and family.
