Millering 74 of Peshtigo passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at Rennes West. She was born on April 14, 1944, to the late Lawrence and Agnes (Anderley) Thomson in Menominee and graduated from Menominee High School in 1962. On February, 12, 1966, Janice married Jack Phillips; he preceded her in death on May 9, 1993.

Over the years, she owned many dogs and horses and was a member of the Triple C Riders. She also was a member of the Commodore Club, and began working with computers early on. She enjoyed designing with her computer, making cards, bulletins, business cards, and other crafts.

On September 6, 1996, Janice married Hank Millering; he preceded her in death on June 14, 2016. Together they had retired to Loraine, TX becoming very active in their church, New Life Bible Ministry in Colorado City. She was a huge Packer fan, in fact when she was in Texas she would do three way calling with her sisters to watch the game together.

In August of 2016, she moved back to Peshtigo to be close to family. The most important things to Janice were her family, friends, and God. Janice is survived by four brothers: Larry Thomson of Menominee, Dean (Cindy) Thomson of Lake Havasu, AZ, Paul Thomson of Franklin Park, IL, and Harvey (Rose) Thomson of Green Bay; two sisters, Valerie Mathias of Stephenson and Kathy Suley of Peshtigo; many nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Linda Cornelius of Green Bay.

In addition to her parents and two husbands, Jack and Hank, she was preceded in death by her brother, Aaron; two brothers in law, Roger and Al; and three sisters in law: Nancy, Pricilla and Linda. A Celebration of Life will be held this summer. Thielen Funeral Home is assisting the family.

The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and aids at Rennes West for all of the care shown over the past few years.
