Jason’s Obituary Jason M. Tefft, 42, of Parkersburg, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born July 1, 1976, in Parkersburg, the son of Gary L. Tefft (Norma) and Terri L. Ballard. Jason was a 1994 graduate of Parkersburg South High School.

He enjoyed playing guitar and attending music festivals. In addition to his parents, Jason is survived by his daughter, Jada Lynn Tefft of Marysville, OH; maternal grandmother, Tommie Blankenship; paternal grandparents, Maurice L. Tefft and Barbara A. Tefft; step-sister, Danielle White of Lindside, WV; brother, Mitchell Tefft of Parkersburg and step-brothers, David and Roy Blair both of Parkersburg. Jason was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Norman Ballard; and two uncles, John Tefft and Gary Ballard.

A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February, 23, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 am – 1 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
