OBITUARY Jasper L. Marshall November 27, 1934 – January 20, 2019 Jasper L. Marshall, Jr., 84, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Brookdale Assisted Living. He was born November 27, 1934 in Evansville to the late Jasper and Bertha (Neufer) Marshall, Sr He served in the U.S. Marine Corp.

during the Korean Conflict. Jasper worked 23 years for the Evansville Police Department and 10 years for USI. He was a Deacon at Grace Baptist Church, worked in the food pantry and with Campers on Mission.

He was also a member of the Lapidary Society and Woodcarver’s Club. Jasper was preceded in death by his wife, Judith L. Marshall, and three sisters. He is survived by son, Scott W. Marshall; daughter, Terri Wiley (Darren); six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road. Friends may visit on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until service time. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
