Robert Eugene “Bob” Collins, 78, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at the Linda E. White Hospice House. Bob was born in Evansville, Indiana on August 30, 1940 to Sturgis and Alice Mae Collins. He attended Columbia Grade School and graduated from Evansville North High School in 1959.

Bob was an Army Diver from 1964-1967 and married the love of his life, Sheila Frank on October 8, 1966, to whom he was married until her passing in 2011.
