OBITUARY Marion Wayne Smith Passed away on January 14, 2019 Marion Wayne “Smitty” Smith, 95, of Newburgh, IN, passed away on January 14, 2019 at Golden Living Center-Woodlands. He was born in New Harmony, IN on July 10, 1923 to the late John and Lilly Smith. Marion served during WWII in the U.S. Air Force and the Army.

Marion is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and, a grandchild, Jessica Call. He is survived by daughters; Jody Call (Don Derrington), Dottie Funkhouser (Caroll), Marsha Frisby and Janice Heriges (Keith); 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. No public services will be held.
