Jean Arthur Blair, 79, of Elk Creek passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at her residence. Jean was the daughter of the late Marlin and Golden Smith Back. Surviving is her husband: Benson “Pnut” Blair; 3 daughters: Terry (David) Dixon, Debbie (Duke) Fugate, and Diana (Lee Roy) Combs all of Carcassonne; 9 grandchildren: Jessica, Gary, Shanna, Jennifer, Joshua, Justin, Amber, Damian, and Julia; 9 great grandchildren: Ava, Emmaleigh, Gavin, Kaydance, Kameran, Kaleb, Kennadie, Paislee, and Parker.

Jean was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Dorse Back and Tommy Back; 1 sister: Edna Back. Funeral: 2:00 O’clock P.M. Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Blackey Missionary Baptist Church with Bruce Gilley and Allen Fugate officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Monday at the Blackey Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in the Fugate – Blair Cemetery at Carcassonne, Kentucky.
