Jean Marie Reno, 53 of Lexington, IN passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at King’s Daughters’ Hospital in Madison, IN. Jean was born December 16, 1964 in Jeffersonville, IN the daughter of Christian Edwin and Nancy Anderson Grayson. Jean was the Secretary for Grayson Funeral Home since July of 2011 and she grew up around the funeral home as the granddaughter of Christian and Lucinda Grayson and the daughter of Ed and Nancy Grayson.

Jean was an active member of the New Prospect Baptist Church in Hanover handling most of the church’s printing needs. Survivors include her husband Rod Reno; children, Lesa Reno (Tim Kerger) of Irvington, KY, Michael Reno of Corbin, KY, Robert Reno II (Mallory) of Whitehall, MI, Sabrina Reno and Beth Reno (Bryan) both of Lexington, IN; sister, Anne Hatton; brothers, Jim Grayson (Vora) of Saluda, IN and John Grayson (Laura) of Madison, IN; granddaughters, Averie and Peyton. Funeral services will be held at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington at 1:00 PM Monday, October 22, 2018 with burial in New Bethel Cemetery in Chelsea, IN.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M. and after 10:00 A.M. Monday until the time of services. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Jean may take the form of donations to New Prospect Baptist Church 7007 South Majors Road, Hanover, IN 47243.
