83, passed away at Wilson Hospital on May 31, 2018 after a short illness. She is survived by her husband Leslie Coolbaugh; children Raymond J. (Cheryl) Coolbaugh; Kathie A. Coolbaugh; Linda J. Coolbaugh; grandsons Jason (Angela) and Randy (Mary); great grandson Bryce R; brother James (Ann) McBride; sister Norma Chestnut and beloved companions Cookie, her dog and Sugar, her cat. Jean loved reading and cooking for her family.

She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, getting the most joy out of spoiling her grandsons. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 10:00am-11:00am at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main St, Johnson City. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
