Jeffrey R. Flock, 56, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Green Bay Adult Family Home in Racine, WI. Born in Racine on January 5, 1962, he was the son of Richard and Marian (nee Johnson) Flock. He spent his early life in Burlington, where he attended Burlington High School.

Jeffrey was unable to work, but spent time at different group homes in the Racine area. As a child, Jeff attended St. Mary’s Church. He enjoyed bowling, dances and the Special Olympics.

He loved… Read More » socializing and talking with relatives and friends. He also had a great gift of remembering his family history. Jeffrey is survived by sisters Joanne Talwane, Jean Aunta and half-sister Genevieve Boetcher; brother John Flock; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents. The family would like to thank all the staff of the group homes he attended, and social workers that have helped Jeffrey. Memorial contributions may be made to Mental Health America of Wisconsin.

Services for Jeffrey will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home. Relatives and Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
