Jennie M. Wozniak August 22, 1920 – May 31, 2018 Jennie M. Wozniak, 97, of Mishawaka passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018 in Cincinnati, OH. Jennie was born on August 22, 1920 in Mishawaka as the daughter of Charles and Elvira (VerVaet) Braeckelaere. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Avella “Cindy” VerVaet and Camela DeCraene and a son, Jim Wozniak.

Surviving Jennie are her daughter, Donna (Rev. Larry) Nichols of Mount Washington, KY; four grandchildren, Ryan (Sandy) Nichols of Louisville, KY, Jennifer Smith of Ocean Springs, MS, Sarah Jean Nichols Mount Washington, KY and Sandra (Chris) Benz of Cincinnati, OH; eight great grandchildren and 14 great great-grandchildren. Jennie worked for Dodges and Uniroyal and retired after 20 years in 1978.

She was a member of Uniroyal Retirees Club. She enjoyed being with her family, especially all of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6th, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. following the visitation with Rev. Barry England and Rev. Larry Nichols officiating.
