Jeorge Leon Howard, 59, died Thursday, November 1, 2018, at his residence. Leon was born on June 20, 1959 in Florence County, son Lillie Allsbrook Feagin and Gary Howard. Surviving are his spouse, Mary Elaine Goins; children, Hope Howard (Will) Huggins and Kelly Howard (Brad) Mixon; mother, Lillie Feagin; father, Gary Howard; stepchildren, Curtis (Beth) Robinson, Crystal Robinson and Derek Robinson; grandchildren, Parker McGee, Carter Mixon, Stephanie Rauch, Hailey Huggins, Morgan Robinson, Lane Robinson, Bryson Godo, Cassidy Collins, Gracy Lee, Tucker Robinson, Taylor Robinson and Dean Robinson; great grandchildren, Brooklyn Dubose and Reid Casey; sisters, Louise (Jim) Poston and Gail Hyman; and brother, Roland (Theresa) Howard.

Leon was preceded in death by his stepfather, Raymond Feagin. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Lake City Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:00 -3:00 PM, Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Carolina Funeral Home and other times at the home of Hope and Will Huggins, 111 Moore Road, Lake City, SC.
