Jeremy M. Pumper, age 42 of Le Sueur, died suddenly due to an accident on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in Scott County. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Caribou Gun Club in Le Sueur. Visitation will be on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. ~ 8:00 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Le Sueur.

Visitation will continue one hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. service at the Caribou Gun Club south of Le Sueur. Burial will be in Dresselville Cemetery in Dresselville Township, Le Sueur County. Jeremy was born on February 4, 1977 to Mike and Pam (Hennes) Pumper in Shakopee, MN.

He grew up in Shakopee and graduated from Shakopee High School where he excelled in track and field as a co-captain on the State winning team. He attended N.D.S.U. after high school and graduated from Mankato State University with a degree in Construction Management.

Jeremy worked for a time with Stahl Construction Co. before becoming a devoted and loyal employee at Diversified Construction. He loved his job, coworkers, clients, and his longtime mentor and friend, James Rowland. Most of all, Jeremy cherished spending time with his family, his girlfriend, Crystal Olson and her children; camping, riding horses; playing guitar, singing and entertaining.

Jeremy is remembered for having a smile that could light up a room and a gift of quick-witted humor. He is survived by his parents, Mike and Pam Pumper of Belle Plaine, MN; sister, Jen (Kyle) Maas of St. Michael, MN; brother, Jeff (Bri) Pumper of Otsego, MN; Crystal’s children, Delanie “D-lay” and Carson “C-Dog” Lobatos; and nieces and nephews, Carson Connelly, Leyton Maas, and Macey and Maverick Pumper; grandparents, Darlene and Daniel Hennes of Shakopee and Char Pumper of Naples, FL; many cousins, aunts, uncles, fellow trail hackers, ranch rodeo riders, and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, John Pumper; and died with the love of his life, Crystal Olson.
