Obituary for Jerry Gerome Bailey Jerry Gerome Bailey Haynesville, LA Funeral service for Mr. Jerry Gerome Bailey, age 73, will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, July 23, 2018, at the First Assembly of God Church, Haynesville, LA with Bro. Rodney Gray officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Ridge Cemetery, Haynesville, LA under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Haynesville.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 23, 2018, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at First Assembly of God Church. Mr. Bailey was born on January 22, 1945 to Elisha and Willie Rose Whittington Bailey in Junction City, AR and passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at his home in Haynesville. He was a member of First Assembly of God Church, Haynesville and was retired from Edmont Wilson Glove Plant in Haynesville.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. He is survived by his daughter, Tina Waganer of Haynesville; son, Jerry Wayne Bailey of Haynesville; eight grandchildren, D. J. Bailey, Michael Woods, Donita Lalisa Vines, Trista Bailey, Cody Smith, Billy Smith, Patrick Bailey, Jackie Bailey; and 12 great-grandchildren. Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Nancy J. Bailey; daughter, Belinda Sue Todd; sisters, Judy Hicks, Joyce Dison, Sallie Bell Bailey, Mary Lou Shepherd, and Lana Lewis.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Bailey, Talmadge Shepherd, Lonnie Lewis, Cecil Dison, Ken Bailey, and Dwight Hicks.
