Obituary for Jerry Lee Gunnells Funeral services for Jerry Lee Gunnells, age 56, of Riverside, will be Wednesday, May 2, 2018, 2:00 PM in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Bynum. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1 PM until service time at the funeral home.

Jerry went home to be with his Lord on April 27, 2018. Survivors include his wife, Lisa Gunnells, daughters; Ashley Kellett (Shane), Savannah Seals (Patrick), Amanda Blackwood (Alex), son, Brandon Gunnells, granddaughter, whom he adored and loved, Elliona Grace Blackwood, and lifelong friend and the mother of his children, Donna Vincent, brothers; Bill Gunnells, Kenneth Gunnells, nephew, Shannon Gunnells (Lara) and a niece, Marena Medrano. Pallbearers will be Brandon Gunnells, Alex Blackwood, Shane Kellett, Shannon Gunnells, Blayne Gunnells and Mike McCormick.

Jerry was a selfless man who always thought of others first and himself last. Jerry was a very devoted loving and kind husband, father, pawpaw and friend to many as he never meet a stranger. He was a very devoted Christian who loved the Lord with all of his heart.

Jerry sung in many gospel groups throught the years most recently signing with the group Witness 4 Him, where he was so proud, humbled to share God’s love to others. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ruby Gunnells, granddaughters, Hope Seals and Faith Seals. The family would like to extend a special thank you to, Dr. Zulfiqar Rana, Dr. Joshua Crockreell, and the ER Staff from St. Vincent St. Clair.
