Jesse Ray Wagner April 30, 1977 – March 03, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Jesse Ray Wagner, 41, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019 in Douglas, Wyoming. He was a resident of Rock Springs, Wyoming for the past 15 years and is a former resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mr. Wagner was born on April 30, 1977 in Frankfurt, Germany, the son of Donald Wagner and Mary Woods.

He attended schools in Germany and Colorado and was a 1996 graduate of the Widefield High School. Mr. Wagner also trained to be a medic in the United States Army. Jesse married Stacy Perry on August 30, 2008 in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

Mr. Wagner served in the United States Army from 1996 to 1998. He worked as an inspector in training for Pathfinder Inspections for the past few months. Mr. Wagner enjoyed spending time with his family, fur babies, motorcycles, toying with mechanics, camping and spending time in the great outdoors.

Jesse was an avid Star Trek fan. Survivors include his wife Stacy Wagner of Rock Springs, Wyoming, mother; Mary Pacheco and husband Sammy of Colorado Springs, Colorado, one brother; Jason Wagner of Colorado Springs, Colorado, one sister; Ila Habel and husband Tim of Colorado Springs, Colorado, one sister- in-law, Emmy Nielsen and husband Thomas of Rock Springs, Wyoming, one niece; Charlei Nielsen, three nephews; Jordon Harbison, Landin Habel, Luke Habel, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins and his fur babies; three dogs; Sarge, Paddington, Paisley, two cats; Callie, and Jake. He was preceded in death by her father; Donald Wagner, mother-in-law, Margaret Perry, paternal and maternal grandparents.

Following cremation, services will be announced at a later date. The family respectfully requests that donations in Jesse’s memory be made to Trona Valley Federal Credit Union, 2640 Foothill Blvd. , Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901 Condolences may be left at www.
