She was born on March 29, 1930 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the daughter of Ernest Jelosek and Cecelia Sabo. Mrs. Schultz attended schools in Rock Springs and graduated from the Rock Springs High School in 1948.

She married James Theodore Schultz in Rock Springs at the Saints Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church on June 20 1953 and he preceded her in death September 19, 2018. She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church. Her interests included playing Scrabble, working Crossword Puzzles, and she was an avid sports fan.

When she was a young woman she enjoyed bowling. Survivors include Mark Schultz and wife Libby of Broomfield, Colorado, Carl Schultz of Aurora, Colorado and Paul Schultz and wife Jill of Parker, Colorado; four daughters Jean Olson and husband Norval of Golden, Colorado, Anne Klugman and husband Ed of Overland Park, Kansas, Lynn Schultz of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin and Gail Phillips and husband Del of Eufaula, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; the great-granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister Helen.

Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at the Rock Springs Municipal Cemetery.
