Jessie’s Obituary Jessie A. R. Milne, 81, of Edwardsville, IL died on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Elmwood Nursing Home in Maryville, IL. She was born on October 12, 1937 in Olive Hill, KY to Heber and Martha nee: Baker Counts. The loving mother and grandmother was a nurse for over 30 years having worked at the VA Hospital in Tampa, FL and with other hospitals.

She enjoyed music, singing and playing the banjo along with other string instruments and she enjoyed art and liked to paint. Jessie is survived by a daughter, Andrea Griffiths of Tampa, FL and a son, David (Cynthia) Jones of Edwardsville, IL; 2 grandchildren: Michael and Brittney and a brother, John Counts of OH. Besides her parents, Jessie is preceded in death by 2 brothers: Bill Counts and James Counts and a sister, Betty Bailey.
