Joe was born on April 20, 1924 in Alvin and was a lifetime resident. He worked for many years as a Dairy farmer and was a member of the Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Dickinson, Texas.

A celebration of life will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Knape Animal Clinic, 15835 CR 185 in Alvin, Texas. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 29, 2019 with a rosary to be held at 10:30 A.M. at the Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Dickinson, Texas. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 29, 2019 at the church.

Interment will follow in the Confederate Cemetery in Alvin, Texas. Arrangements under the direction of the Scott Family, 1421 East Hwy 6, Alvin, Texas 77511. (281) 585-1000 www.
