Steven was born September 22, 1959 in Cameron, Missouri and was a longtime resident of Alvin. He worked many years as a Tug Boat Captain and took great pride in his job.

Steven is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Nellie Estep. Steven is survived by his loving wife of 7 years, Robin Estep; sisters, Suzanne Sorn, Sharon Dean and Sherry Guidry; brothers, Stanley Estep and Spencer Estep; along with numerous other relatives and friends. No services will be held at this time.
