Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Memorial Oaks Chapel, with Deacon Al Prescott officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, with a Rosary scheduled for 7 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Joe Kaminski, Jr. was born November 26, 1930 in Temple to Joe Sr. and Proxey Gurka Kaminski. He served his country in the U. S. Army during the Korean War.

On July 18, 1994, he married Maria DeLos Angeles in Del Rio. Joe was employed as a machinist until his retirement from Cameron Iron Works. Survivors include his wife, Maria Kaminski of Houston; stepdaughters Irma D. Reyes and husband Johnny, and Yanita D. Mares and husband Augustin, all of Mexico; sister, Vicki Stogdill of Houston.

Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Hedy Brockermeyer. Serving as pallbearers are Kenneth Bryant, Al Stogdill, Michael Evans, Coltan Evans, Casan Evans, and Jonathan Kolmetz.
