John Andrew “Racker” Rosenberger, age 73 0f Salem, OH, a former longtime resident of Toronto, OH passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the Salem Regional Medical Center emergency room. He was born January 5, 1945 in Steubenville, OH. Racker was a member of the Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie # 1276 , was a Steeler fan and was retired from the City of Toronto Sanitation Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Alice (Danko) Rosenberger; wife, Sandy (Shannon) Rosenberger; sisters, Nancy Rosenberger, Elsie Kirlik, Mary Ann Rosenberger and Margaret Ann Rosenberger; brothers, Harry Joseph Rosenberger and Frederick Joseph Rosenberger. Racker is survived by his brother, Leroy James (Linda) Rosenberger of Salem, OH and a sister, Theresa (James) Emery of East Springfield, OH. Visitation hours for Racker will be held 6-8 Friday, May 25th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH.

To honor Racker’s wishes, he will be cremated.
