Obituary for John Peter Wipf John Peter Wipf passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 22, 2018. He was born in Provo, Utah and graduated from Provo High School. John served in the Military, U.S. Army division, in the 1960’s.

John was a glazer, by trade, and worked in the glass business for many years. His real love, however, was auto mechanics and he was a master one at that. If you asked him an automotive question, he would give you an encyclopedic answer that could go on forever!

John was last employed at the Salt Lake City Airport Fleet Service Department until his retirement. John was a quiet man, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be missed.
