Obituary for John MacDonald Jr. John William MacDonald, Jr., 48, a lifelong area resident passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 in Wingdale, NY. John was the Head Chef at Paddy O’s Restaurant in Wingdale, NY. Born on September 16, 1969 in Yonkers, NY, he was the son of John W. MacDonald, Sr. of Port Charlotte, FL and the late Anna Lou DeRinzo.

In addition to his father, John is survived by his fiancé Tara Hollywood of Wingdale, NY; a son, Ross Ohlhoff of Oklahoma and Anthony and Daniella Wood whom he thought of as his children. He is also survived by a brother, Russell MacDonald of Port Charlotte, FL; two grandchildren, Mina and Alanah Ohlhoff and a nephew, Camron Sanicola. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
