Obituary for Mary Knuffke Mary “Ooch” Knuffke, 40, a lifelong area resident, died on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 in Millbrook. Born on April 28, 1978 in Sharon, CT, she was the daughter of John A. Knuffke of Dover Plains, NY and the late Roxanne Weil. Mary worked as a certified nurse’s assistant at Putnam Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brewster, NY and at The Fountains in Millbrook, NY.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her companion, Christopher Ranita of Dover Plains, NY; three sons, Raymond Majette, Ryan Ranita and Mason Ranita all of Dover Plains. She is also survived by a brother, John F. Knuffke and his fiancé, Alicia, of Pleasant Valley, NY; a sister, Kristy Knuffke and her companion, Christopher, of Millbrook, NY; two nieces, Ava and Alana and two nephews, Tyler and Jacob. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
