Obituary of John Federko John J. Federko, 84, of 102 Lakeside Blvd, Jamestown, died Wednesday April 11, 2018, in is home. A native of Ludlow, PA, he was born October 2, 1933, a son of the late Michael and Anastasia Fedak Federko. He was a graduate of Kane High School.

Prior to his retirement he was employed by several local manufacturers including Bush Industries. Following retirement he worked for Jamestown Dental Labs. He was a member of Wild Cat Park Club in Ludlow and was a former member of Lakewood Rod and Gun Club and Herman Kent Post 777 American Legion.

Surviving are six children Julie Federko (Don) Miles of Jamestown, Susan (Robert) Sorensen of Warren, PA, Rev. R. Scott (Ianne) Dickinson of Kansas, Sandra Long of Virginia, Holly Hosack (Eric) Golla of Wisconsin and George (Kim) Malone of Michigan ; twelve grandchildren Allie, Zara, and Noah Miles, Jennifer Rodgers, James Sorensen, Cheyenne Slappy and Ross and Dodge Bebout, Shawn (Megan) Dickinson, Christina Dickinson, Izzy and Jason Golla, and eight great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Emilia (Millie) Anderson.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife June Faye Robertson Federko who died January 8, 2015; three brothers Donald, Jerome and Roger Federko and three sisters Virginia Anderson, Mary Kondrack and Ann Wolfe. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Lind Funeral Home where friends will be received from 1-3 p.m. Sunday. Memorials may be made to YMCA Jets Swimming, 101 East Fourth St, Jamestown, NY 14701.
