Johnny Wayne Cook Taylor, AR Mr. Cook was born on June 28, 1951 to Royce Delmar and Toye Zuanc Carver Cook in Magnolia, AR and passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in Taylor, AR. He served as a minister, and also worked as a truck driver. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his four daughters, Shannon Tennille Lorenz and husband Michael of Sarepta, LA, Michelle Simons of Jacksonville, AR, Rebecca Edwards and husband Sammy of Lowell, AR, Whitney Davis and husband Shawn of Jacksonville, AR; son, Christopher Aaron Cook and wife Kortni of Taylor, AR; thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, brother, Jerry Cook of Sarepta, LA; sister, Linda Bullock and husband Joe of Village, AR; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Eugenia Sue Cook, and his parents. A private memorial service was held Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Springhill Cemetery.
