Obituary of Joseph Campbell Joseph G. Campbell November 12, 1953 ~ September 29, 2018 Glen Spey, NY ~ Formerly of Greenwood Lake, NY Joseph G. Campbell of Glen Spey, NY, died Saturday, September 29, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh, NY. He was 64. The son of the late Lawrence Campbell and Mary Campbell, he was born in Brooklyn, NY.

Joe proudly served our country in the United States Coast Guard for 4 years. He was a member of the Greenwood Lake Fire Department for over 10 years. He worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for the NYC Transit Authority for 32 years.

Surviving are his wife, Miriam Campbell; his daughter, Annemarie Forgie and her husband Jason; his mother, Mary Campbell; his seven siblings: Andrew Campbell, Bernadette Kelly and her husband Ken, Carol Campbell, Lawrence Campbell, Mary Ann Berntsen and her husband Tom, Rosemary Cuccia and her husband Tony, and Theresa Campbell, as well as, his nine nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday, October 8th at GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, INC. 100 East Main Street, Port Jervis.

Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pets Alive or Food Bank of the Hudson Valley. Funeral arrangements are by the GRAY-PARKER FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Main St., Port Jervis.
