OBITUARY Joseph T. Frasier November 30, 1946 – November 8, 2018 Joseph Frasier, 71 of Evansville, IN, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Linda E. White Hospice House. Joe served in the US Navy in the 1960’s during the Vietnam era as an UDT Diver. He served honorably on the Evansville Police Department for 37 years.

Joe was known as the “mayor of the walkway” as he spent a lot of his spare time walking downtown. He loved both walking and visiting shop owners. He was very loved by his fellow officers and friends.

He went above and beyond his job for the department and his community. Joe had a passion for antiques and art. He was preceded in death by his parents Eliegey and Virginia “June” Frasier.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 37 years, Debbie Frasier; daughter, Millicent “Missy” Frasier; brother; half-brother; and half-sister. A private Celebration of Life Service will take place prior to his burial at Alexander Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Navy SEAL Foundation, 1619 D Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23459.
