Joyce M. George Lynch, 62 of Uniontown, passed away late Wednesday evening, May 23, 2018, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, while being comforted by her loving family. She was born October 6, 1954 in Bellevue, Ohio the daughter of the late Raymond D. and Catherine Jordan George. She was a graduate of Bellevue Ohio High School Class of 1972 and was a former employee of Berkley Surgical of Uniontown with 20 years service.

She was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother to her family. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family, which was most important to her. Joyce is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, Her Loving and devoted husband of 40 years, Ivan E. Lynch, whom she married October 12, 1979, Her Loving Daughter: Jodie M. Anthony and husband John of Uniontown Her Three Grandchildren: Jamie, John, Jr. and Jenna Anthony all of Uniontown Her Two Great Grandchildren: Kristen and Bryson Watson both of Uniontown Her Siblings: Robert George and wife Kim of Dearth, Pa.

Jeffery George of Chalk Hill Patty Owens and husband Robert of Republic Pam Hughes and wife Kenny of Uniontown Gloria Sanners and husband Walt of Brownsville In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by: Her Infant Son: Joseph Lynch Brother: Raymond George, Jr. In honoring Joyce’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale. Private Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
