Joyce Vick Guion December 09, 1928 – May 27, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Joyce Vick Guion age 90 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 27, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Logan County, Kentucky on December 9, 1928 to the late Hollis Car and Lillian (Smith) Vick. Joyce was a member of the Russellville United Methodist Temple and is preceded in death by her husband Robert Carrol “Bob” Guion and a daughter Julie Steele.

She is survived by her: Son Andy Guion (Pam) of Grassy Creek, NC, two daughters Carol Switzer (Dick) of Franklin, KY and Janice Threlkeld (Mike) of Knoxville, TN, a son-in-law Robert Steele of Salisbury, NC, two sisters Jane Vick Robey of Adairville, KY and Betty Ann Vick Killingsworth of Irving, TX, 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren A Celebration of Life service for Joyce Vick Guion will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 3:30 P.M. in the Russellville United Methodist Temple with Rev. Wayne Sayre officiating. Visitation will begin Saturday from 2:00 P.M. until service time at 3:30 P.M. Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

The family asks that donations be made to the Russellville Methodist Temple, 395 South Main Street, Russellville, KY 42276. Envelopes will be available at the church.
