Obituary for Juanita Asher Loveless Juanita Asher Loveless, 93, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Friday, October 19, 2018 at her home. She was born October 6, 1925 in Success, Arkansas to James Jackson and Oda Mae Woolard Asher. She and William Clarence Loveless were married October 28, 1946 at Piggott, Arkansas.

He preceded her in death on August 12, 2000. Juanita was a graduate of Corning High School in Corning, Arkansas. She worked for Sunshine Cracker Factory in St. Louis right out of High School.

She then was a bookkeeper for Thompson and Short who operated a retail store in Parma, Missouri. She next kept the books for her husband’s used car dealership and garage while devoting her life to family as a wonderful homemaker raising their two daughters. Juanita and her husband intitally lived in Parma, followed by a move to Dexter, Missouri.

In 2007 Juanita moved to Cape Girardeau. Over the years, she was a member of Church of Christ in Parma, Dexter and eventually in Cape Girardeau. Survivors include her two daughters, Lynne Loveless of Cape Girardeau, Pamela (Rodney) Robertson of Leawood, Kansas; two grandchildren, Laura Emily (Clifton A.) Martin of Prairie Village, Kansas, Tyler Adam (Kelly L.) Robertson of Leawood, Kansas; two great-grandchildren, Olivia Emily Martin and Emmaline Asher Martin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Clarence Loveless; parents, Oda Mae and James Jackson Asher; one sister, Norma E. Asher Short; and three brothers, Noel F., James Kermit and Lowell Jackson Asher. Friends may call 11:00 am to noon on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will follow at noon Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau with Elder William Meyers officiating. Burial will be at Dexter City Cemetery in Dexter.
