Obituary for Juanita E. Levi Juanita E. Levi, 74, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Linda E. White Hospice House with her family by her side. Juanita was born May 5, 1944 in Mt. Vernon, IN to the late Fred and Mary Elizabeth (Lester) Thomas.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, fishing, playing cards and Yahtzee. Juanita is survived by her husband of 49 years, Carrol Levi; a son, Frank (Georgia) Thomas; three sisters, Marcie McReynolds, Dorothy Lovell and Nora Robertson; grandchildren, Dustin, Eric and Keeley Thomas, Jean Claude Majors and Harley Davidson Majors and three great grandchildren, Easton, Kinslee and Jayden Thomas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Toy Lester, Alfred Ray Thomas, Edward D. Thomas, John Thomas, Wilfred Thomas and Fred Thomas.

Funeral services for Juanita will begin at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 15, 2018 at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street. Burial will follow in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 1:00 until 6:00 PM on Sunday at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
