Obituary for Judith Ann Hoge Loy In loving memory of this wonderful lady, who always had a smile for everyone. Judith Ann (Hoge) Loy, 79, of Charleston passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston. She was born March 18, 1939 in Madison (Boone County) to the late Paris (Pat) Hoge and Ruby Hoge Baldwin.

She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Paul (Moose) Baldwin; sister, Patricia (Pat) Michelena. Judy was a self-employed Electrolysis. She was a past member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the American Electrology Association.

She and her husband are members of the Basilica of the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Charleston. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald (Don) A Loy; two daughters and son-in-law, Denise Combs and Teresa (Terri) and John Vassilaros. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service at a later date. Don’t follow the beaten path, go instead where there is no path and blaze a trail! In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, In Memory of Judith A. Loy, 1248 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311.
