JUDITH ANN “JUDY” OVERLY, age 76, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at her home. She was born on June 6, 1942 in Fayette County to David and Virginia Cook Snyder. She was a 1960 graduate of London High School.

Judy stayed home to care for her husband and raise her children. She enjoyed camping, traveling, and being with her family and grandchildren. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; and brother-in-law, Glenn Overly, and Jack Elliott.

Survivors include her husband, Loy Overly, whom she married on April 1, 1966; children, Lori (Brett) Geary, and Tonya Prickett; grandchildren, Connor Hellenthal, Delaney Geary, Cole Geary, Paige Prickett, and Seth Prickett; siblings, Danny (Janet) Snyder, Ruthie (Floyd) Priest, and Pam Barrett; brother-in-law, David (Patricia) Overly, and Earl (Lolly) Overly; and sister-in-law, June Elliott. Also surviving are several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. The graveside service will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cochran Cemetery with Joy Stanforth officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Ohio’s Hospice of Fayette County, 222 N. Oakland Ave. , Washington CH, OH 43160, or, the Foster J. Boyd, MD Regional Cancer Center, 31 Farquhar Ave. , Wilmington, OH 45177.
