Michael Russell Duncan June 7 , 1954 -July 9, 2018 Michael Duncan, 64 passed away July 9, 2018 at his residence. He was born June 7, 1954 to the late Russell and Judy JordanDuncan in Washington Court House, Ohio. Michael had worked for Kokosing Construction Company and was a Union Representative for the Ohio Operating Engineers and was a member of the Local 18.

In addition to his parents he preceded in death by two sisters Elaine Fitzpatrick, Peggy Duncan a Grandchildren Savanna and Madison Rarick. Michael is survived by his wife Virginia Kidder Duncan, son Tim (Chrystal) Soulier of Toledo, Ohio, three daughters Mandy Duncan Of Washington C.H., Brandy (Landen) Woodrey of Brookville, OH, Tammy Hamm of Springfield, sisters Marsha (Steve) Willis, Diana Glore both of Washington C.H., grandchildren Madilynn Duncan, Trevor Rarick, Braden Huff, Cheyenne, Mackenzie and Emma Woodrey Special friends Gary Hall and Doug Slaggel. Private services will be held at a later date.
