TIMOTHY R.A. SPEAKMAN, age 51, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at 10:50 p.m. at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was born on January 14, 1967 in Ross County to David Henry and Mary Lou Brown Speakman. Tim had worked in construction for most of his adult life.

He enjoyed going-out with his friends, dancing, camping, fishing, and being with his family and grandchildren. Tim was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Hannah Leach; and siblings, Pamela Converse, and Davey Speakman. Survivors include his children, Tim (Crystal) Speakman, and Chelsie Speakman; grandchildren, Jacob Speakman, Kadence Speakman, Bella Speakman, Praize Rogers, and Mezakhia Rogers; special friend and mother of his children, Karla Tate; siblings, Patricia (Russ) Wright, Terry (Sherry) Speakman, Viola Richards, Davina (Mike) McCumber, Robert Speakman, and David Speakman; and his extended family, Ron (Charlenea) Leach, Ashley (John) Matthews, Allen Leach, and Linda Corey.

Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. In keeping with his family’s wishes, cremation will be observed. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
