MARY JANALEE “JAN” HENRY, age 76, of Mount Sterling, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 11:15 p.m. at Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 7, 1942 in Franklin County to Robert and Mary Magdalene Blair Caudill. She was a 1960 graduate of Miami Trace High School.

Jan retired from the Sabina Farmers Exchange Incorporated where she worked as an administrative assistant. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed cooking, attending sporting events for her grandchildren, watching LeBron James, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Cincinnati Reds.

Jan was preceded in death by her parents; and grandson, J. Tyler Fall. Survivors include her husband, Clarence “Bo” Henry, whom she married on October 10, 1964; children, Renee (Darrell) Roberts, and Jeff Henry; grandchildren, Cameron Fall, Josh Roberts, Zachary Roberts, and Ashley Henry; siblings, Bob (Mary) Caudill, Gene (Jean) Caudill, and Elbert (Brenda) Caudill; and special cousin, Francis Porter. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace Community Church with Pastor Jay Lucas officiating with burial to follow at the Pleasant Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the church on Thursday evening from 4-8:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Summers Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent to www.
