DAVID BRIAN LEISURE, age 61, of Washington CH, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 9:09 p.m. at his home. He was born on August 23, 1957 in Fayette County to Harold and Ethel Adkins Leisure. He was a 1976 graduate of Washington High School.

David proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. He then attended Southern State Community College and graduated with a degree in nursing. David worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Signature HealthCare of Fayette County for several years.

He attended the NewBridge Church on Court St. in Washington CH. He enjoyed reading his Bible, listening to worship music, and being with his family and grandchildren. David was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Harold Leisure, Kenneth Leisure, Terry Leisure, Cecil Leisure, James Leisure, Diana Leisure, and Linda Corson.

Survivors include his wife, Becky Suellen Yahn Leisure, whom he married on July 4, 2006; children, Brian Leisure, Trisha Leisure, Brandon Leisure, Bethany Leisure, Joshua Leisure, Jennah Leisure, and Michael Shaw; grandchildren, Regan Shaw, Linzi Shaw, and Matthew Shaw; and siblings, Richard (Sandy) Leisure, and Sue (Steve) Yerian. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Dale Knisley officiating.

Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday evening from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Heartland Hospice, 116 Morris Rd. Suite B, Circleville, OH 43113.
