Marcella J. Clay December 9, 1938 – September 18, 2018 Marcella Jane Clay 79, of Jeffersonville passed away on Tuesday September 18, 2018 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. She was born December 9, 1938 to the late Clifford and Mary Hyre Leach in Fayette County Ohio. Marcella was a graduate from Bloomingburg High school, worked for the Jeffersonville and Washington C.H. Library for many years before retiring, she loved spending her time reading and crocheting, where she used her skills of crocheting to teach a class and help others by making Chemotherapy and preemie caps.

In addition to her parents Marcella is preceded in death by her brothers Albert and Virgil Leach. Marcella is survived by Husband Arnold Clay and her son Michael (Ragene Adams) Clay of Frankfort brother Forest Leach of Washington C.H., four sisters Geneva Kuebler of Blomingburg, Jo Cartwright of Pennsylvania, Phillis Merritt of Grove City, Mildred Ruth of Washington C.H., grandchildren Scot (Nicole) Myrick of Miamisburg, Trisha (Doug) Wilken of Lynchburg, Joshua( Julie) Weddel of Leesburg, great-grandchildren Raymond Myrick, Austin and Autumn Wilken, Hadley and Kayslee Weddel. Funeral services will be held on Monday September 24, 2018 at 11:00AM at Morrow Funeral Home,, Jeffersonville with Danny Dodds officiating.
