Judy Ann Reed Blair April 26, 1946– September 7, 2018 Judy Reed Blair 72, of Washington Court House passed away on Friday September 7, 2018 at St. Catharine’s of Fayette County. She was born April 26, 1946 to the late William and Mary Dean Hatfield in Columbus , Ohio. Judy leaves behind her by her husband Flem Blair.

In addition to her husband Judy is survived by her sons William Parker Martindill and Breck Martindill of Washington C.H.; sister Jane Johnson of Washington C.H.; grandchildren Brittany Martindill, Anthony Hull, Marah Martindill, great grandson Mason Sievertsen and special nephew Travis Johnson. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 11, 2018 at 1:30PM the Morrow Funeral Home, Washington C.H. with Pastor Larry Doss officiating. Burial will be in the Washington Cemetery.
