Judy Tilson, age 77, of Millersburg, Ohio went home to be with the Lord, Monday, November 26, 2018 at Majora Lane Care Center, Millersburg, Ohio following an extended illness. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio with Clifford Beck officiating. Burial will be at Killbuck Cemetery, Killbuck, Ohio where military rites will be conducted by the Killbuck VFW.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Judy was born July 9, 1941 in Elmore, Ohio and was the daughter of Ernest and Joanne (O’Brien) Willmeth Sr. On March 30, 1968 she married John B. Tilson and he preceded her in death on Dec. 9, 2006.

Judy worked several years for Castle Nursing home at Scenic View. She was a US Army veteran from 1962 to 1966, serving overseas in France. Judy was a kind-hearted, caring person that loved to cook for family and friends.

She made sure you never left her house hungry. She is survived by a brother, Ernest (Jody) Willmeth Jr. and a sister, Susan Goon both of Elmore, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings, Geraldine Willmeth, Gertrude (Alvin) Rewoldt, Betty (Woody) McGinnis, Norma (Leon) Weis and Eva (Harold) Williams; and brother-in-law, Lee Goon.
