Juleé Reneé Rodriguez, 36, died unexpectedly Saturday, May 18, 2019, in Shelbyville, Indiana. She was born in Junction City, Kansas on May 24, 1982, a daughter of Janice E. (LeJeune) Morgan and the late Jack C. Franks. She was a 2000 graduate from Western High School in Russiaville.

Following school she graduated from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College in 2004. Juleé was married on August 25, 2014 to Guillermo Rodriguez. Together, they have one beautiful daughter.

Juleé was a Thoroughbred horse trainer and owner, who took great pride in her horses. She was a devoted mother, wife, daughter and sister who enjoyed time with friends and family and will be greatly missed. Survivors: Husband: Guillermo Rodriguez of Lebanon Daughter: Anna Lucia Rodriguez of Lebanon Mother and Stepfather: Janice and Roger Morgan of Lebanon Brothers: Jacob R. (Joy) Franks of Whitestown James N. Franks of Lebanon Grandmother: Shirley Smith of Kokomo Nieces: Felicity Franks Elizabeth Franks Brianna Franks Breese Rodriguez Nephews: Ethan Franks Noah Franks Jack Franks Victor Rodriguez Oscar Rodriguez David Rodriguez Santiago Rodriguez Numerous Cousins, Aunts and Uncles In addition to her father, Juleé was preceded in death by grandparents, Myra and Jerrell LeJeune and Jack C. Franks, Sr. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, Lebanon, Indiana.

Funeral Services are to be held on Thursday, May 23, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home in Lebanon. Interment will follow services at Old Union Cemetery in Jamestown. Memorials may be made in her memory to her daughter, Anna, for a future education fund.
