Julia E. Torruiso Martin, 89, of Perryopolis, Perry Twp. , died Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 9:42 pm at Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown. Born May 6, 1929 in Star Junction.

, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Mary Szakal Torruiso. A lifelong resident of Perryopolis, Mrs. Martin was Baptist by faith and a homemaker. She is survived by three children Doris Martin of Perry Twp.

, Robert & Norma Jean Martin of Butler, Donna & Jeff Sage of Pittsburgh; two brothers & sisters in law Robert & Joann Torruiso of Perryopolis, Steve & Polly Torruiso of Perryopolis; eight grandchildren Jill Martin, Beth Lehman, Larry Martin, Craig Martin, Ashlee Martin, Glenn Martin III, Benjamin Martin and Patrick Martin. She is preceded in death by her husband Glenn A. Martin Sr.; two sons Dale Martin, Glenn A. Martin Jr.; two daughters in law Sue Martin, Karen Martin and two brothers Andrew Torruiso and John Torruiso. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 191 Liberty St. Perryopolis, PA 724-736-2515.

Funeral services will be held Friday at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations at 11:00 AM with the Pastor Geary Witt of Wooddale Bible Brethren Church officiating. Interment will take place in Mt. Washington Cemetery.
