Obituary for Robert I. Cochran Robert I. Cochran, 68, died May 16, 2018 at his home in Dade City, FL. A son of Anna Joseph Cochran and the late Robert L. Cochran, he was born in Connellsville, PA on December 23, 1949. Bobby grew up in Belle Vernon and graduated from Rostraver High School in Belle Vernon, PA.

He went on to manage AutoZone stores in North Carolina and Georgia. Bobby also worked as a chef and always enjoyed cooking for friends and family. He loved doing odd jobs free of charge for the senior citizens in his park where he had many friends who appreciated his help.

Survivors include his mother, Ann, who resided with him in Florida for the past six years; one sister, Christy Cochran Nitschke of Nashville, TN; two daughters, Lisa Cochran of Lakeland, FL and Heather Cochran of Portland, OR, and one grandson, Anthony Cochran of Lakeland, FL; niece Jennie Anne (Nick) Roth of Nashville, TN; nephew, David (Jennifer) Nitschke of Nashville and great nephew, Ingram Nitschke; uncles, Frank D. Joseph of Cornelius, NC and Lynn Jones of Belle Vernon, PA; and aunt, Claire Ferguson Joseph of Charlotte, NC. A memorial service will be held in Florida at a later date.
