Obituary for Ruth M. Swanson Ruth M. Swanson, 80, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in Jefferson Hills Manor. A daughter of the late Clyde and Julia Contz Holesapple, she was born in Fredericktown on May 31, 1937. Survivors include three sons and a daughter-in-law; Harry and Laura Swanson of Monongahela, Daryl Swanson of Sacramento, CA, and Erik Swanson of Imperial, three grandchildren; David and Helen Sztroin and their children Danny and Krystal all of Spring Hill, FL, Gavin Swanson and Jordan Swanson both of Imperial.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Swanson in 2003, two brothers; Clyde Holesapple and Henry Holesapple, a daughter-in-law, Lisa Swanson in 2017 and a grandson Richard T. Kovall in 2017. There will be no public visitation or services. The Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon is handling arrangements.
