Obituary for Julia I. Moeller RICHMOND, Ind. –Julia I. Moeller, age 93, of Richmond, Indiana, died Friday, October 19, 2018, at Friends Fellowship Community. Born September 15, 1925, in Greensburg, Indiana, to Forrest G. and Roberta E. Hunter Goodwin, Julia was a 1943 graduate of Greensburg High School.

She lived in Lafayette, Indiana, from 1952 until she relocated to Richmond in 2000. Julia was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, St. Mary’s Cathedral in Lafayette, Indiana, and the Purdue Women’s Club. She enjoyed reading, playing cards with her friends, crafts, various social activities, and being a loving mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her children, David (Sandra) Moeller of Glenwood, Indiana, Linda (Norman) Cooney of Gainesville, Florida, Cathy (Tom) Barth of Fishers, Indiana, Maryann (Peter) Monfiletto of Highland Ranch, Colorado, and Patrick Moeller of Lafayette, Indiana; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Forrest (Diane) Goodwin Jr. of Wisconsin; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Norbert J. Moeller; son, Phillip Moeller; great-granddaughter, Erica Hummer; sister; and two brothers. Visitation for Julia I. Moeller will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 815 West Main Street, Richmond.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Kevin Morris officiating. Burial will be in St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.
