Obituary for Donna J. Miller RICHMOND, Ind. – Donna J. Miller, age 68, of Richmond, Indiana, died Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at Reid Health. Born January 21, 1950, in Newport, Rhode Island, to Mitchell and Virginia Paul Hummell, Donna lived in this community most of her life.

She was a graduate of Oldenburg Academy in Indiana. Donna retired from Richmond Community Schools and formerly worked at Richmond Dry Cleaners. She enjoyed outings at Glen Miller Park with her family, especially her grandbabies and the special time she spent with her daughter, Soundra, each Saturday afternoon.

Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer (Brad) Brubaker of New Madison, Ohio, and Soundra Nolen of Cambridge City, Indiana; son-in-law, Wayne Nolen of Richmond; sons, Doug (Alicia) Miller of Liberty, Indiana, and Tony (Mary Hawkins) Miller of Cambridge City; special nephew, Michael Scott Hummell; grandchildren, Myra (Dustin) Onesti, Maureen (Drew) Feltz, Mason Miller, James (Tara) Brubaker, Jesse (Kate) Brubaker, Andrea (Kasey) Wysong, Grace Brubaker, Meadow Miller, and Shawna Hawkins; numerous great-grandchildren; mother, Virginia Hummell of Moores Hill, Indiana; sister, Gloria Cowin of Moores Hill; brother, Mark Hummell of New York, New York; nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Miller; father; and brother, Michael Hummell. Visitation for Donna J. Miller will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond.

Funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2018, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Hummell officiating. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
